COVID 19 Update- Due to the Coronavirus related issues, some of our shipping operations are impacted and are causing delays to a small number of orders.

We will ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your order, Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

International Orders

Orders may take 5-10 days after order date depending on your country for countries outside the United States

If there are any issues, please feel free to contact us or track your order with the tracking order that will be provided upon shipment.

Tracking

After purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to link to our Track your order page and use that number to the progress of your order every step of the way.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for covering return shipping.

Lost or damaged items on arrival

While we work very hard to select shipping partners, from time to time, orders are lost in transit or damaged due to shipping and handling. This only affects a small percentage of orders and is mainly for international orders outside of the US. For this reason, to have complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your orders if they are valued over $100 or if they are international. This will ensure that your purchase is protected no matter what issues may arise during shipping.

We only provide refunds for items lost in transit, or items that arrive damaged due to shipping and handling if you have purchased shipping insurance. we do not have provide refunds or review claims for orders that do not have shipping insurance as any shipping related issues are out of hands.

 Cancellation

Note:   Please note that we do not have the ability to cancel orders at this time due to our fulfillment process. Once you place an order, we cannot intercept the package before shipping. We would have to have you return it and you will be charged with $15.99 for return shipping.
